VILEDON R1-R1SC
R1-R1SC media is designed by Viledon for equipment protection or for general filtration requirements. The progressively structured single ply media is thermally bonded and treated with a special adhesive tackifier.

OVERSPRAY

AG-28 PADS
AG-28 pads effectively remove paint overspray solids of all types - lacquer, air dry or baked enamel. The pads are made from continuous filament glass fibers with an open weave pattern that allows particles to penetrate deep into the pad. A skin backing on the air leaving side serves as a final barrier to prevent paint and other coatings from penetrating through the media.
A specially formulated thermoset resin provides high compression strength to keep AG-28 pads from collapsing and face-loading as they become saturated. Air continues to flow smoothly through the pads preventing “fogging” or misting of paint particles in the booth. Cleaner exhaust air is discharged to the atmosphere, promoting healthier working conditions. Maintenance problems and fire hazards are reduced because fans, motors, and ducts do not accumulate layers of paint.
AG-28 pads can be easily installed into standard holding frames, no new grids or other accessories needed. They are directly interchangeable with other types of paint arrestors.

HIGH TEMPERATURE

AMAIR HT
The AmAir HT pleated filter is designed for conditions that require a U.L. Class 1 filter and for applications with continuous operating temperatures of up to 500˚F. AmAir HT is made with ultra-fine glass fibers formed into a high loft mat, increasing its dust-holding capacity. The frame is an aluminized steel U-channel, with the scrim-backed media pack bonded to the inside on all four edges. An expanded aluminized steel faceguard is spot welded inside the frame on the air leaving side to retain the media pack at elevated temperatures.

VariCel HT
Designed for systems operating from 350°-900°F, VariCel HT filters feature aluminized steel construction. They are widely used in automotive paint drying ovens to filter recirculated air. Available in 90-90% and 60-65% efficiencies.

The VelociCalc 9555 Multi-Function Ventilation Meter is a portable, hand held ventilation test instrument. This instrument is designed to work with a wide range of plug-in probes. The probes allow users to make various measurements by simply plugging in a different probe that has the features and functions best suited for a particular application. With the optional probes, measurements include air velocity, temperature, humidity, pressure, CO and CO2. Calculations include air flow, heat flow, turbulence, wet bulb and dew point temperature.
