FRONTLINE FIBERGLASS AIR FILTER
Fiberglass Air Filter Media available in 3 grades: Industrial grade media for extra heavy dirt loading conditions, Commercial grade media for medium to heavy dirt loading conditions, and Standard grade media for light to medium dirt loading conditions.
FrontLine media are designed with “progressive density”. This special construction eliminates face loading by allowing dust particles to be captured throughout the entire thickness increasing arrestance and dust holding capacity.
FrontLine media provide high compression strength. The ability of the media to maintain its full thickness without collapsing permits air to flow freely through the filter with a gradual rise in resistance.
Application of an adhesive helps retain particles as they impinge on a fiber, preventing them from breaking away and blowing down stream. AAF’s exclusive Viscosine® adhesive maintains its highly viscous, dirt trapping characteristics over the life of the filter.

"I" CONNECTOR
I Connectors are constructed of a combination of recycled and virgin grade rigid P.V.C. Plastic. I Connectors are used to connect 2" filter panels in a side access filter bank. Bypass is prevented and the structural integrity of the filterbank is improved. "I” Connectors may also be used as spacers at one or both ends of the filter track to prevent bypass between filter panels and wall sides.

CARBON IMPREGNATED FILTERS
Techsorb panels and pads have several times more carbon content and therefore have a higher odor/gas capacity than other odor removal filters. A built in pre filter ensures that the expensive carbon media does not get plugged due to particulate contamination. A final dusting layer ensures that the carbon media does not “dust off” preventing any system contamination. Each Techsorb panel is encased in a heavy moisture resistant die cut framing material and supported downstream by a heavy gauge bird screen.

PerfectPleat
The perimeter frame of the PerfectPleat is constructed from the highest wet-strength 28 pt. beverage carrier board available. The 28 pt. thickness improves filter strength and helps resist damage. Three support straps and three sets of uniquely designed pleat stabilizers provide additional strength and uniform pleat spacing.
PerfectPleat filters are designed for industrial and commercial applications having light to medium dust loading conditions. The support straps and pleat stabilizers of the PerfectPleat ensure integrity against turbulent airflow and provide excellent lateral stability for installation in side-access systems.

PerfectPleat M8
Designed, developed, and patented by AAF, the PerfectPleat M8 is a product with form and fit unlike any other pleated filter in the marketplace today. The automated and controlled process AAF has developed for the PerfectPleat M8 eliminates inconsistencies and irregularities in order to provide the filtering efficiency you need and expect.
At the core of every PerfectPleat M8 filter is DuraFlex®, American Air Filter's patented, self-supporting media. When pleated, DuraFlex will hold its shape without the need for wire support characteristic of conventional, pleated filters. That means safer handling, with no risk of nicks or cuts during installation. The absence of wire also means that the filter will not rust and is totally incinerable, which simplifies disposal.

PerfectPleat ULTRA filters are made up of MERV 8 DuraFlex media with antimicrobial. DuraFlex is American Air Filter's patented, self-supporting media. When pleated, DuraFlex will hold its shape without the need for wire support, which means safer handling, resistance to rust, and simplified disposal. All PerfectPleat ULTRA models are treated with Antimicrobial, preserving the integrity of the media by inhibiting microbial growth in high moisture conditions.

AmAir 300X
AmAir 300X filters are constructed with AAF’s totally unitized, double wall, die-cut box frame. A pleated media pack is bonded inside the frame and supported by a welded wire grid, creating more consistent pleat shape. This increased rigidity and uniform spacing provide maximum dust-holding capacity while minimizing resistance.
AmAir 300X filters are built rugged for durability and reliability under tough service conditions, including high moisture applications. They function as excellent primary filters or as prefilters to extend the life of higher efficiency filters.
